Sub-processors

This is a draft for review and is not yet legally binding; it is pending review by qualified counsel.

We use the carefully selected service providers below to deliver our hosting services. We list each sub-processor by role, region and transfer safeguard. Full legal entity names are provided to customers in the Data Processing Agreement or on request.

We update this list at least 30 days before a new or replacement sub-processor begins processing customer personal data. Customers with an active subscription may subscribe to change notifications and may object on reasonable data-protection grounds (see our DPA).

Cloud / bare-metal infrastructure & data centres

Region — European Union (France / Germany).

Transfer safeguard — EU; adequacy not applicable, as the data remains within the EU.

CDN, DNS & edge security

Region — EU and global edge.

Transfer safeguard — Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

Transactional email delivery

Region — European Union / [US].

Transfer safeguard — EU adequacy / Standard Contractual Clauses.

Encrypted off-site backup storage

Region — European Union.

Transfer safeguard — EU; adequacy not applicable, as the data remains within the EU.

Payment processing

Region — [Israel / EU].

Transfer safeguard — [adequacy / SCCs].
