Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 2026

This is a draft for review and is not yet legally binding; it is pending review by qualified counsel.

This Acceptable Use Policy supplements the Terms of Service and applies to every customer, to anyone using an account, and to the customer's own end users. Breach may lead to suspension or termination under the enforcement section below.

1. No illegal use

You may not use the services for anything unlawful under the law of the State of Israel, the European Union, or the country where the data is hosted, or to facilitate illegal acts.

2. Prohibited content

The following content is prohibited:

  • Child sexual abuse material — zero tolerance, leading to immediate action and reporting.
  • Content promoting terrorism or serious violence.
  • Material that infringes intellectual property or trade secrets.
  • Malware, web shells, exploit kits and phishing pages.
  • Fraudulent, deceptive or scam content.
  • Other content that is defamatory, harassing or otherwise unlawful.

3. Security & network abuse

You may not engage in unauthorised access, port-scanning or probing, vulnerability exploitation, interception, credential harvesting, denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks, mail-bombing, or any interference with a network, host or service — whether ours or a third party's.

4. Email & anti-spam

You may not send unsolicited bulk or commercial email ("spam"), or host sites advertised by spam. Local mailboxes are for basic operational use only; bulk, marketing and transactional sending must go through an approved external email-delivery provider configured per our guidance. We honour upstream provider rules on outbound mail.

5. Resource & fair use (shared / multi-tenant)

You may not consume CPU, memory, storage, I/O, bandwidth or database connections in a way that degrades other tenants. We may throttle, request optimisation, or move or upgrade abusive workloads. The services are not a bulk file-storage, backup, streaming or download repository.

6. Cryptomining & resource-intensive workloads

Cryptocurrency mining and equivalent sustained resource abuse on shared plans is prohibited.

7. Reseller / sub-customer chain

If you resell or host third parties, you are responsible for their compliance, must pass through equivalent terms, and their violations may affect your account.

8. Enforcement

For fair-use and resource issues we generally give notice and a chance to remediate. For illegal content, security threats, or data-centre and upstream abuse reports we may suspend or terminate immediately and without prior notice, with a pro-rata credit where appropriate. We may monitor for compliance but are not obliged to. Suspension and termination follow the Terms of Service.
